1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be free from stains, odors, or any signs of wear.
  • Only regular-priced items can be returned. Custom orders and discounted items are not eligible (see “Non-Returnable Items”).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or personalized bags
  • Printed or branded merchandise
  • Bulk corporate orders
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Items returned without original packaging

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirming approval or rejection of the refund.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, please contact your bank or payment provider first.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong item received
  • Defective or damaged products
  • Size or variant issues (if available)

To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges are processed once the returned item has been verified.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos of the issue
  • We will replace the item at no additional cost

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product was defective or incorrect).
  • Norquest Brands does not provide prepaid return labels.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if:

  • The request is made within 12 hours of purchase
  • The order has not entered production or shipping

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.

8. Bulk & Custom Orders Policy

Bulk, corporate, and custom-manufactured items follow a strict no-return, no-refund policy unless the product is delivered damaged or incorrect.

These orders are made specifically for you, so revisions are only possible before production starts.
