Can I exchange my item for a different model?
Because all Ecototeco bags are custom-manufactured for each order, exchanges for different models are generally not applicable. However, if there is a quality issue, we will work with you to resolve it immediately.
I haven't received my refund, who do I contact?
Please email our support team at support@ecototeco.com with your order details.
Refunds typically take 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Since products are customized and produced in bulk, returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects.

I need to cancel my order, what can I do?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation.
After production begins, cancellation may not be possible.
