1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be free from stains, odors, or any signs of wear.
- Only regular-priced items can be returned. Custom orders and discounted items are not eligible (see “Non-Returnable Items”).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Customized or personalized bags
- Printed or branded merchandise
- Bulk corporate orders
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Items returned without original packaging
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email confirming approval or rejection of the refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, please contact your bank or payment provider first.

4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Wrong item received
- Defective or damaged products
- Size or variant issues (if available)
To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges are processed once the returned item has been verified.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos of the issue
- We will replace the item at no additional cost
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product was defective or incorrect).
- Norquest Brands does not provide prepaid return labels.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only if:
- The request is made within 12 hours of purchase
- The order has not entered production or shipping
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
8. Bulk & Custom Orders Policy
Bulk, corporate, and custom-manufactured items follow a strict no-return, no-refund policy unless the product is delivered damaged or incorrect.
These orders are made specifically for you, so revisions are only possible before production starts.
